We would love you to be involved with the mission of St John's Crawley by joining one of our Teams: Home, Creative & Generations.
The Home Team are vital to our Sunday mornings, welcoming the congregation with the best hospitality in Crawley.
With a friendly welcome, great coffee and opportunities to connect with the vision, St Johns Crawley is somewhere you can call Home.
Hebrews 13:2 "Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it."
We are a Creative Team who serve the worship life at St John’s Crawley - whether that’s through music, production, art, design or photography.
It is our vision that through creativity and our expression of worship, we would glorify the name of Jesus in spirit, wonder, excellence and thanksgiving. And through this expression, we would see the town of Crawley come to know the fullness of who their creator has made them to be.
Hebrews 12:28-29 "Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe."
Kids & Youth Team
St John’s Crawley is a place where every child finds friends, has fun, laughs loads, learns that they are loved unconditionally by God and discover who Jesus is through Bible based teaching. We offer children's groups in our 9:30am, 11:30am and 4:00pm services during term time. At the 9:30am service there is the opportunity to get involved with children of all ages.
The group follows the liturgical year with games, prayers, fun and craft. At the 11:30am service there is the opportunity to get involved with children aged 2 to 11 years. There is lively worship, games, crafts and prayer. At the 4.00pm service there is the opportunity to get involved with children aged 2 to 11 years (pre-school aged children are accompanied by a parent/carer).
This is a more informal space where children have fun and games. In all the groups it is a privilege to disciple the children in their faith and relationship with Jesus.
There is also the opportunity to become part of our Additional Needs ministry to provide 1:1 support to children with disabilities during the services.
